"HOWL" It all Began
In the early 80's we owned a restaurant name Amanda's and served handmade pimento cheese for luncheon plates and caterings. We eventually sold the restaurant and moved on to new careers, but we still made our pimento cheese for parties and holidays.
Fast forward thirty some years and we found ourselves dusting off the old recipe for tailgating parties at our daughter's college. She and her roommates loved it and we put it in her care packages for them to share after breaks. The girls began to teasingly hint that we may feel less than welcome if we didn't bring more when we came for subsequent visits. We joked that it felt as though we were feeding a den of hungry wolf cubs, and so Wolf Daddy Pimento Cheese was born.
We use only premium ingredients, never any fillers or added preservatives. We thinks it's the best on the market and hope you'll try some. We think you'll agree!
